Leasing

The home will be available for move-in after December 31st.  There is a minimum 1 year lease term for the monthly amount of $6820 due on the first of each month.  There is a one month security deposit required at lease signing. All residents must be on the lease. Weekly yard maintenance and bi-weekly home cleaning service is included.
